Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Richard Holloway earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1991 from the University of North Carolina and a Juris Doctor in 1995 from Campbell Law School. From 2015 to 2026 he served as a district court judge for the 36th District in North Carolina, and from 1998 to 2015 he served as an assistant district attorney for the 25th District of North Carolina.
