Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Peter A Kim earned a Juris Doctor in 2006 from the University of West Los Angeles. From 2007 to 2022, he was in private practice at the Law Offices of Peter A. Kim in Los Angeles, where he represented noncitizens before the immigration court and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Homeland Security. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
