Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Lauren T. Farber earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1999 from Washington University in St. Louis and a Juris Doctor in 2003 from American University Washington College of Law. She served as an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Chief Counsel, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, from 2003 to 2010, and as a senior attorney in that same office in New York from 2010 to 2017. She was appointed an immigration judge in April 2017 and is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars.
