The Honorable Immigration Judge Evalyn P Douchy earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1992 from Binghamton University and a Juris Doctor in 1995 from New York Law School. Before her appointment, she worked at the Law Office of Mark S. Drucker in Jackson Heights, New York (1995-1996), and at the Law Offices of Anil Jethmalani & Timothy Herrick in New York (1996-1997), and from 1997 to 2016 she served as an assistant chief counsel for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in New York.
