Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Elizabeth Treacy earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2003 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctor in 2007 from the University of Georgia School of Law. From 2019 to 2023, she served as an assistant U.S. attorney at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Illinois, and from 2010 to 2019 she was an assistant chief counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Earlier, she was an immigration law associate at Fragomen from 2007 to 2010. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar.
