Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge David H Paruch earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1970 from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Juris Doctor in 1975 from the University of Michigan Law School. Before his appointment, he practiced law for approximately 25 years with Clark Hill PLC and then as principal of the Law Offices of David H. Paruch, PLLC (1999-2010), and served in the U.S. Army (1971-1972). He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
