Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge David C Anderson earned an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University (1988) and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (1991). Before his appointment, he served as a judge advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps (1992-1998). He then worked as an assistant district counsel with the Immigration and Naturalization Service in Los Angeles and DHS in San Pedro, California (1998-2003).
