Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Carol A Crawford earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1982 from Trinity College, a Master of Business Administration in 1986 from The George Washington University, and a Juris Doctor in 1992 from the University of Maryland School of Law. From 2017 to 2021, she was a faculty relations investigator at American University. From 2014 to 2017, she served as director and investigative counsel with the Maryland Commission on Judicial Disabilities. From 1992 to 2014, she held various positions with the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office and the Maryland Public Defender's Office. Judge Crawford is a member of the Maryland State Bar.
