Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Brandi Lohr earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2002 from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Juris Doctor in 2007 from Duquesne University. Before her appointment, she served as an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, in Batavia and Buffalo, New York (2010-2023), and as a management and program analyst and presidential management fellow with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in Buffalo and Washington, D.C. (2007-2010).
