Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Andrea Siebert earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1996 from Macalester College and a Juris Doctor in 2008 from the CUNY School of Law. From 2012 to 2021, she served as an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, in Los Angeles, and previously held the same role in San Antonio (2010-2012). Earlier, she was an attorney advisor at the Imperial Immigration Court and a judicial law clerk at the Miami Krome Immigration Court. She is a member of the New York State Bar.
