Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Thomas Mungoven earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2001 from Hunter College and a Juris Doctor in 2004 from St. John's University School of Law. From 2004 to 2008, he was a staff attorney at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, Immigrant and Refugee Services Division. From 2004 to 2020, he founded and served as lead attorney of Mungoven & Associates PC in New York. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bars.
