Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Tamar H Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science in 1998 from the University of Southern Colorado and a Juris Doctor in 2002 from the University of Denver College of Law. She spent much of her career as a prosecutor in Colorado, serving as a deputy district attorney and chief deputy district attorney for the 5th Judicial District and later as a deputy district attorney in the 18th Judicial District, and from 2015 to 2017 as an assistant county attorney for Arapahoe County. From 2017 to 2018 she served as a district court magistrate for the 18th Judicial District in Centennial, Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado Bar.
