Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Shifra Rubin received a Bachelor of Arts in 1992 from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor in 2002 from Rutgers School of Law. From 2003 to 2015 she served in various capacities, including senior attorney, supervising attorney, and staff attorney, for the Immigration Representation Project of Legal Services of New Jersey in Edison, New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar.
