Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Nina M Carbone earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2005 from the University of Kansas and a Juris Doctor in 2008 from The John Marshall Law School. She served as a judicial law clerk at the Miami Immigration Court through the Attorney General's Honors Program (2008-2010), as an attorney advisor in the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge (2010-2012), and as associate general counsel in EOIR's Employee Labor Relations Unit (2012-2015). From 2015 to 2017 she served as an assistant chief counsel with Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Denver. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar.
