Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Nicholas A Martz earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1998 from Boston College, a Juris Doctor in 2007 from Florida State University, and a Master of Laws in 2012 from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School. Before his appointment, he served as a Marine Corps judge advocate (2007-2018) and as a Marine officer (1998-2018).
