Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge M. Audrey Carr earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1986 from Earlham College, a Master of Business Administration in 1994 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Juris Doctor in 1997 from St. Mary's University School of Law. Before her appointment, she served as director of immigration and special programs at Legal Services NYC (2009-2018), as an attorney with the Westchester Hispanic Coalition in Mount Vernon, New York (2007-2009), in private practice in Carmel, New York (2006-2007), as an attorney with the Michael H. Davis Law Office in Minneapolis (2000-2006), and as a staff attorney with Minnesota Advocates for Human Rights (1998-2000).
