Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Lettricea L. Jefferson-Webb earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1985 from Whittier College, a Bachelor of Arts in 1987 from California State University, Long Beach, a Master of Arts in 1993 from Amber University, and a Juris Doctor in 1997 from the University of Kentucky College of Law. She served as a staff attorney with the Fayette County Legal Aid Society (1998-1999), as an assistant commonwealth attorney in Lexington, Kentucky (1999-2004), as an assistant attorney general for the Commonwealth of Kentucky (2004-2007), and as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Western District of Kentucky (2007-2022). She was appointed an immigration judge in March 2022 and is a member of the Kentucky Bar.
