Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Kevin Stanley earned a Bachelor of Science in 1998 from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctor in 2001 from Florida State University College of Law. Before his appointment, he served as deputy chief counsel (2018-2022) and assistant chief counsel (2008-2018) for ICE's Office of the Principal Legal Advisor in Orlando. He earlier worked as an assistant state attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando (2001-2008) and is a member of the Florida Bar.
