Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Jenny Beverly earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2010 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maine in 2013. Before her appointment she was in private practice as an attorney and partner (2014-2024) and served as pro bono counsel for the Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland appointed her to the Massachusetts immigration court (Lowell/Chelmsford) in May 2024.
