Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Jason L Pope earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2003 from Niagara University and a Juris Doctor in 2006 from Syracuse University College of Law. From 2007 to 2012 he was an associate attorney specializing in immigration law at Berlin & Associates, P.A. in Baltimore, and later operated the Law Office of Jason Pope in Frederick, Maryland. From 2014 to 2019 he served as an assistant chief counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Baltimore.
