Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Deepali Nadkarni earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1991 from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, and a Juris Doctor in 1994 from Emory University School of Law. She served as a judicial law clerk from 1994 to 1995 through the Attorney General's Honors Program, then worked at the Board of Immigration Appeals from 1995 to 2011 in roles including attorney advisor, supervisory attorney-examiner, and senior panel attorney. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
