Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge David W Evans earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis and a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. Before his appointment, he served as an administrative law judge for the State of Montana with the Department of Labor and Industry (2015-2016) and the Department of Public Health and Human Services, Child Support Enforcement Division (2016-2020). Earlier, he was in private practice in Vancouver, Washington (1994-2015).
