Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Amy T Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1992 from Stanford University, a Juris Doctor in 1995 from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, and a Master of Public Administration in 2001 from California State University, East Bay. Before her appointment, she served as senior corporate counsel at PeopleSoft, Inc. (2001-2005), as an attorney at Fallon, Bixby, Cheng & Lee in San Francisco (2008-2013), as an assistant district counsel with the Immigration and Naturalization Service in San Francisco (1995-2000), and in private practice in California (2005-2008).
