Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Amanda Jeannopoulos earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1999 from Mount Holyoke College and a Juris Doctor in 2005 from Fordham University School of Law. Before her appointment, she served as a deputy chief counsel (2019-2020) and assistant chief counsel (2008-2019) with the Office of Chief Counsel, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, in New York, and as an assistant district attorney with the New York County District Attorney's Office (2005-2008).
