Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Martinique Parker earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2005 and a Bachelor of Science in 2006 from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctor in 2011 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. From 2017 to 2021, she served as an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, in Lumpkin, Georgia. From 2011 to 2017, she served as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar and the State Bar of Georgia.
