Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Lisa W Ling earned a Bachelor of Science in 2003 from Boston College and a Juris Doctor in 2007 from New York Law School. From 2008 to 2018, she served as an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Chief Counsel, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. She entered on duty as a judicial law clerk through the Attorney General's Honors Program in 2007. Judge Ling is a member of the New York State Bar.
