Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Kyung S Auh earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2002 from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Juris Doctor in 2010 from the City University of New York School of Law. From 2010 to 2016, he was an assistant district attorney with the Queens County District Attorney's Office, and from 2016 to 2018 he served as an assistant chief counsel for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Miami. From 2012 to 2019 he served as a judge advocate with the New York and Florida Air National Guard, following active-duty Air Force service from 2003 to 2007. Judge Auh is a member of the New York State Bar.
