Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Kieran Lalor earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 1998 from Providence College and a Juris Doctor in 2007 from Pace University School of Law. From October 2018 to February 2026, he was the founding member of the Lalor Law Firm PLLC in Hopewell Junction, New York. From January 2013 to December 2022, he served as an assemblyman in the New York State Legislature representing Dutchess County. Judge Lalor is a member of the New York State Bar.
