Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Justin M. Price earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1994 from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Juris Doctor in 2000 from the West Virginia University College of Law. He served as an assistant chief counsel for the Office of Chief Counsel, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in San Francisco (2007-2019), and as an assistant public defender for the Maryland Office of the Public Defender in Hagerstown (2006-2007). He also served as an active-duty judge advocate in the U.S. Air Force (2000-2005), including assignments with the 9th Reconnaissance Wing at Beale Air Force Base, California, and the 8th Fighter Wing at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar.
