Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Joshua D Osborn earned a Bachelor of Science in 2004 from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor in 2008 from the University of Kansas School of Law. From 2016 to 2020, he served as an assistant chief counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Office of Chief Counsel in Los Angeles. From 2009 to 2016, he served as a deputy county attorney in Graham, Apache, and Navajo counties in Arizona. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar.
