Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Jonathan Huang earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2000 from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor in 2004 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Before his appointment, he served in administrative law judge roles in California, as a deputy commissioner with the California Board of Parole Hearings, as a panel attorney, and in private practice.
