Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Jennifer E Piateski earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2000 from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Juris Doctor in 2004 from the University of Baltimore. She held several roles at the Department of Homeland Security, including associate counsel for bar discipline at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (2016-2020) and assistant chief counsel with the ICE Office of the Principal Legal Advisor in Baltimore and Los Angeles (2006-2016). She began her career as a judicial law clerk with the Executive Office for Immigration Review in Las Vegas (2005-2006) through the Attorney General's Honors Program.
