Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Jason E Braun earned a Bachelor of Science in 2005 from Georgia State University and a Juris Doctor in 2008 from the Antonin Scalia Law School. From 2015 to 2022 he directed legal services for Restoration Immigration Legal Aid in Arlington, Virginia, and earlier served as an associate attorney at Kelly & Crandall PLC from 2014 to 2015 and at Surovell Isaacs Petersen & Levy PLC in Fairfax from 2005 to 2013. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar.
