Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Irene C. Feldman earned a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College (1983), a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (1988), and a master's in management from Boston University and Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel (1995). She served as an assistant U.S. attorney in Puerto Rico and Tucson (2001-2008), as assistant district counsel for the former Immigration and Naturalization Service in New Jersey (1996-2001), and as an assistant prosecutor in the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office in New Jersey (1989-1994). She is a member of the New Jersey Bar.
