Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Hayden E. Windrow earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1998 from Columbia University, a Master of Arts in 2000 from the University of London's School of Oriental and African Studies, and a Juris Doctor in 2005 from New York University School of Law. From 2005 to 2015 he served as a judicial law clerk at several Article III courts, and from 2015 to 2020 he was an assistant chief counsel with ICE's Office of the Principal Legal Advisor in New York. In 2020 he served as a trial attorney in the District Court Section of the DOJ Office of Immigration Litigation in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
