Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Glen R Baker earned a Bachelor of Arts (1982) from James Madison University and a Juris Doctor (1994) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he was managing editor of the law review. Before his appointment, he entered the Attorney General's Honors Program as a judicial law clerk at the Harlingen Immigration Court, then served for nearly two decades as an attorney advisor for the Board of Immigration Appeals at EOIR, including a period as associate general counsel for EOIR.
