Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Eva S Saltzman earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1999 from the University of Wisconsin and a Juris Doctor in 2002 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. From 2006 to 2016, she served as a supervisory staff attorney for the Staff Attorney's Office, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, in New York, following earlier roles in private practice. She was appointed an immigration judge in August 2016 and is a member of the Connecticut, District of Columbia, and New York State Bars.
