Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Colin P. Eichenberger earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2003 from the University of California, Davis, a Juris Doctor in 2006 from the University of San Francisco, and a Master of Laws in 2014 from George Washington University. From 2007 to 2023 he served as an attorney and trial judge with the U.S. Air Force at duty stations including Misawa Air Base (Japan), Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Joint Base Andrews, Tinker Air Force Base, and Travis Air Force Base, retiring as a lieutenant colonel and serving as a military judge in the Western Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
