Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Charles S Greene III earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1989 from Duke University and a Juris Doctor in 1997 from the University of California, Boalt Hall School of Law. He served in the U.S. Army from 1990 to 1994, practiced with Hogan & Hartson LLP in Washington, D.C. from 2001 to 2005, and worked in the National Security Division of the Department of Justice from 2005 to 2010. From 2010 to 2015 he was a trial attorney with the Office of Immigration Litigation, Civil Division, Department of Justice. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
