Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Charles M Mccullough earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1982 from the College of the Holy Cross and a Juris Doctor in 1985 from the Gonzaga University School of Law. From 1988 to 1991 he served in the Washington State Attorney General's Office in Tacoma. From 1991 to 2017 he worked for the Washington State Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals in Olympia, holding positions of increasing responsibility up to senior assistant chief industrial appeals judge.
