Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Carlos R. Juelle received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1989 and a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1996. He worked as an attorney with Stein Shostak Shostak & O'Hara in Los Angeles from 1997 to 2000, and then served as managing partner with Herrera & Juelle, LLP in Downey, California, from 2002 until 2018. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
