Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Bobbie C Masters earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in 1999 from Colorado State University, a Juris Doctor in 2003 from the University of Montana School of Law, and a Master of Laws in 2005 from the American University Washington College of Law. From 2016 to 2022, she served as an assistant chief counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Office of the Principal Legal Advisor in Oakdale, Louisiana, and later in Omaha, Nebraska. From 2009 to 2016, she was in private practice in Denver.
