Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Alice Song Hartye earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2000 from Dickinson College and a Juris Doctor in 2005 from Pennsylvania State University. From 2005 to 2006, she served as a judicial law clerk through the Attorney General's Honors Program with the immigration courts in Dallas and El Paso, Texas. In 2012-2013 and 2014-2015, she was a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg. From 2006 to 2018, she served as an assistant chief counsel with Immigration and Customs Enforcement in York, Pennsylvania, and Phoenix. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
