For the three leadership posts, EOIR's biography gives the date the member took that role, not the date they joined the Board, which EOIR does not publish. Those dates are labelled accordingly rather than presented as Board appointments.
Fourteen of the nineteen sitting members were appointed in 2025 or later, and only two predate the current administration by more than a decade: Hugh Mullane (2008) and Michael J. Creppy (2011). As with the immigration courts, appointing administration is shown to describe the composition of the bench, not to predict how any member votes.
