Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Saul E Greenstein earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1994 from Brooklyn College and a Juris Doctor in 1997 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He served as a judicial law clerk and attorney advisor at the Newark and New York Immigration Courts (1997-1999) through the Attorney General's Honors Program, as an assistant chief counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Newark (1999-2004), and as a trial attorney with the Department of Justice's Office of Immigration Litigation in Washington, D.C. (2004-2010). He is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bars.
