Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Robert Driscoll earned a Bachelor of Science in 1984 from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor in 1993 from Capital University Law School. Before his appointment, he served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the Athens County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in Athens, Ohio (1998-2020), and was in private practice in Columbus, Ohio (1993-1998).
