Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Pallavi S Shirole earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2006 from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Juris Doctor in 2009 from the University of Baltimore School of Law. From 2017 to 2019, she served as an associate legal advisor in the National Security Law Section of the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and from 2016 to 2017 as an assistant chief counsel in Portland, Oregon. From 2010 to 2015, she was an assistant state's attorney in Baltimore, and she also directed the Law & Leadership Program at Frederick Douglass High School.
