The Honorable Immigration Judge Michael M. Osterberg earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2011 from The Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor in 2015 from the Roger Williams University School of Law. From October 2018 to January 2024, he served as a criminal Assistant U.S. Attorney, and earlier worked as an assistant district attorney from 2015 to 2018. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
