Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Lindsy M Roberts earned a Bachelor of Arts (2000) from Washington and Jefferson College and a Juris Doctor (2003) from Washington and Lee University School of Law. Before her appointment, she served as an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Nevada in Las Vegas (2015-2018). Earlier, she was an associate and principal attorney with Goodman, Allen & Filetti PLLC in Norfolk, Virginia (2004-2015).
