Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Kyle Myers earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2001 from Texas Tech University and a Juris Doctor in 2006 from the University of Houston Law Center. Before his appointment, he served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Western District of Texas, El Paso Division, from September 2014 to February 2026, and earlier as an Assistant District Attorney for the 34th Judicial District from January 2007 to September 2014. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
